Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your Harlie Road purchase, that’s why our exclusively made collections are meticulously checked piece by piece for quality upon completion.

 Should you have a change of mind or require a different size, please contact us at sales@harlieroad.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order to submit a refund request.

Refunds are subject to the following conditions.

Items must be returned unused and in their original condition with tags attached.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items for change of mind.

Return shipping costs are to be incurred by customer unless item is damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
