Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders over $200. Orders below $200 have the option of standard shipping for $9.95 and all orders have the option of express shipping. Express shipping incurs an additional cost and will be calculated during checkout.

We offer shipping Australia wide and exclusively ship via Australia Post. 

To ensure that your luxurious items are delivered safely, your parcel will require a signature on delivery, if you are not home, your parcel will be taken to your local post office for a signature on collection.

Orders received are dispatched the following business day.

Standard delivery times are typically 3-6 business days and express shipping is typically 1-3 business days. Please note that these timeframes are estimates using Australia Post.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your Harlie Road purchase, that’s why our exclusively made bedding and clothing is meticulously checked piece by piece for quality upon completion. 

Should you not be completely satisfied with your purchase or require different sizing, you can contact us at sales@harlieroad.com.au within 14 days to submit a refund or exchange request. Your items must be returned to us unused, unwashed and in original condition within 30 days.

For change of mind refunds or exchanges, return shipping costs are to be incurred by customer.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items for change of mind so please ensure that you choose these items carefully before purchasing.
